Vandals slash tyres on 12 cars
The TYRES of at least 12 cars were slashed in a single street in Winchcombe overnight on Saturday (October 5).
In the majority of cases the sidewalls of the vehicles' tyres in Gloucester Street were punctured, causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage.
A black Vauxhall Zafira, silver Vauxhall Zafira, blue Peugeot 307, grey Mercedes C180, black Kia Rio, silver Skoda Octavia, grey Land Rover, blue Honda Civic, red Ford Fiesta, silver Hyundai Accent and silver Nissan Note were amongst the cars targeted.
It is believed the vandalism took place during or after Winchcombe Mop Fair, on Saturday night or the early hours of Sunday morning.
Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or with information is urged to call 101, quoting incident 155 of October 6.
