CHANGES to the plans for what remains to be built at the Littlecombe mixed-use site between Dursley and Cam are being unveiled this weekend.
Following from the previous permission granted in 2005, the developers St Modwen hope to revise the plans slightly.
Proposals include building 300 houses, an extra care home next to Vale Community Hospital for 110 people and a new route for River Cam.
The plans also include the completion of the spine road through the site, an ancillary commercial development and open space.
Following the vacation of Lister Petter from their factory and the relocation of Lister Shearing to Stonehouse, demolition of the former factory buildings will start this summer to clear the way for further development.
The exhibitions take place on Friday, July 18 from 2.30pm to 8pm and then from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, July 19 at Kingshill House.
