A WOMAN is appealing for help to find her elderly nan’s purse after it was stolen from a pub in Yate.
Tara Pring said the purse contained sentimental photographs as well as her 87-year-old nan’s pension and bank cards.
The purse was taken from a table in Thorn’s Farm, a Wetherspoons pub in Yate Shopping Centre, around lunchtime last Wednesday (May 18).
Ms Pring said: “She left her purse on the table, went outside and realised then it was gone.
“She has some really important and sentimental photos a well as her pension in her purse.”
She added: “My nan has been really shaken up by it. She would give anyone her last penny if they asked.”
Ms Pring appealed to anyone who saw what happened or has any information to get in touch via Facebook.
“If you were there or saw anything please get in contact or if you are the person who took it please feel free to inbox me for my address and send it back. My nan is so upset.”
