Appeal submitted against planning refusal for contentious Wotton-under-Edge development
AN APPEAL has been lodged challenging the refusal to grant planning permission for a controversial 25-home development in Wotton-under-Edge.
Oxford Law which applied for permission last year has submitted an appeal to the planning inspectorate challenging the decision made by Stroud District Council in December.
It will now be validated before further details, including what form the appeal will take, will be sent to the council.
