Fire destroys shed in Newent
THE fire service was called to a shed on fire at The Crofts, Newent, at 3.17pm yesterday.
One fire engine attended from Newent Fire Station with a crew of six firefighters.
The crew used one jet and two hosereels to deal with the fire which severely damaged the shed.
They were detained at the incident for approximately 30 minutes.
