Carolyn Simons 'Lyn' Died peacefully 30th June 2014, aged 69. Loving and darling Wife of Mick. Mum to Suzanne, Mark and Rachael. Mum-in-law to Darren, Nan to Nic, Gemma, Pip, Tara, Charlie, Matt, Brad, Kieran, Dean, Callum and Amber. Great Nan to Kai. Will be greatly missed by all. Service at Westerleigh Crematorium on Monday 14th July 2014 at 1.30pm. After at The Anchor, Thornbury. All welcome.
