BOOTH AUDREY ELIZABETH Passed away suddenly on 14th May 2015 Aged 69 years. Dearly loved Wife to Malcolm. Devoted Mother to Sarah and David and Step Mother to Dean. Loving Nan to Luke, Sam, Lucy and Ethan. Will be sadly missed by all. Funeral Service to held on Friday 29th May 11am at St Giles Church Uley. Followed by Private Family Burial. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for The Oxford Heart Centre, John Radcliffe Hospital. Cheques payable to ORH Charitable Funds (0700) send c/o Dursley Funeral Services 35e Parsonage Street, Dursley, GL11 4BP.
