PERKINS Ray Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 13th, 2015, aged 73 years. Much loved husband, dad and gramps. Funeral Service to be held at Gloucester Crematorium on Thursday, June 25th, 12 noon. Family request no black ties to be worn. No flowers, donations in lieu if desired to Macmillan Nurses or Edward Jenner Unit Gloucester Hospital, send c/o Dursley Funeral Service, 35e Parsonage Street, Dursley. GL11 4BP
