HERBERT Stephen John Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home on 27th January, 2016 aged 45 years. Forever in our hearts. Funeral service to be held at St. James' Church, Dursley on Tuesday, 16th February at 1:00pm. Do not feel obliged to wear dark colours Family flowers only.
