FORMAN Gogie Passed away peacefully at Southmead Hospital on June 13th, 2016, aged 79 years. Much loved Mother to Fiona and Richard - Nannie, Grandmother of Charlie, Harry, Katie and Lucy. She will be deeply missed by her Family and all who knew her. But now free from pain and reunited with Dad (Peter Forman). Funeral Service to be held at Westerleigh Crematorium on Thursday, July 7th at 1p.m. No flowers but donations, if desired, Cheques payable to British Lung Foundation; c/o Co-op Funeralcare, 86 Station Road, Yate, BS37 4PH.
