LEWIS-SMY Phillip James Sadly passed away on Sunday, 19th June 2016, aged 69 years. Loving Husband to Carol, Brother to Stewart and the late John, Brother in Law to Julia, Uncle to Sarah, Joanne and Helen and their Families. Funeral service to be held at St George's Church, Upper Cam, on Tuesday, 5th July 2016 at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only please with donations in lieu to Longfield c/o L. W. Clutterbuck Ltd, 24-26 High St, Cam, GL11 5LE.
