HAYWARD Philip William Passed away peacefully on the 22nd of May 2018, aged 77 years. Funeral service will be held on Monday 11th of June at Westerleigh Crematorium at 10:45 in the Woodland Chapel. Family flowers only, please feel free to wear a football shirt in memory of Phil.
