PHILIP CHARLES HENRY CLEMENTS Passed peacefully away on 15th January 2012 aged 91 years at Frenchay Hospital. Much loved Uncle who will be sadly missed by family and friends. A Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Chipping Sodbury 10:30am on Thursday 2nd February followed by Cremation at Westerleigh. No flowers please by request. Donations if desired to Help For Heroes can be sent c/o F. Woodruff Funeral Directors, 192 Badminton Road, Coalpit Heath, Bristol BS36 2SX.
