Carolyn Simons Mick and family would like to thank everyone who attended Lyn's funeral and for all the cards and messages of sympathy and support following her death on 30th June, 2014. Thanks also to the district nurses and St. Peters Hospice for their help and treatment during Lyn's battle with cancer, and for your donations to Cancer Research.
