Police cooperation

POLICE made an unexpected breakthrough for some of their northern counterparts when they stopped a car at Michaelwood Services.

The driver was pulled over because the police believed that the tax disk was out of date.

However, after checking the details of car, it emerged that the driver was wanted in connection with a rape in the North and was consequently arrested.
