Tafarn-bach?

SIR - Does anyone know the origin of the name Tafarn-bach for the junction of the B4509 and B4058 roads at the top of Charfield Hill ?

This name is given on the Ordnance Survey map.

I believe Tafarn-bach is Welsh for Little Inn. It is curious to find a Welsh place name in South Gloucestershire.
