PICTURES have been released of thieves who drove at a Coaley man in his vehicle they had just stolen.
The incident happened at The Ham around 1.25pm on Saturday, January 4.
The home-owner was in the garden when he heard the alarm of his Subaru Legacy vehicle, which was parked in his garage.
He saw two men in the vehicle and then stood in front of it in a bid to prevent them getting away but they drove at him and made off in the direction of Cam.
Another vehicle was spotted outside the property, possibly a Ford Fiesta, which was driven off in front of the Subaru.
The man then noticed that a container, which contained the keys for the Subaru, keys for another vehicle, his house, office and shed keys, had all been stolen from within the house.
The dark green Subaru has since been recovered but police are hoping that by releasing these e-fit images they may be able to identify the thieves.
The driver was a white man, in his mid 20s, around 5ft 9in tall. He was wearing a dark jacket, a dark woollen hat and had dark hair.
The passenger was also white, in his late teens or early 20s, also wearing a dark woollen hat with dark hair.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 0845 090 1234.
