Bart Simpson advertising models stolen - again!

A SET of three-foot-high models of a popular cartoon character being used to advertise a school fete have been stolen.

Children at Cam House School had spent hours making wooden images of Bart Simpson's head with a speech bubble attracting people to the school fete.

But between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning at least two of the Bart Simpsons were taken from sites around Cam and Dursley.

Bob Hunt, deputy headteacher, said: "The boys have spent such a long time making them. It is a real shame."

Two years ago the school suffered exactly the same problem when it put up the Bart Simpson signs for the fete.

Cam House School fete takes place at the school tomorrow (1.30-5.15pm).
