What a VMR - vellous service

SIR - I would like to use your column to point out to people the value of using local services.

VMR Autos of Cam have provided a fantastic professional service. Having found myself carless and a holiday looming, VMR went to great lengths to repair my car. Unfortunately this was not to be.

However they swiftly came to my aid and gave the use of a courtesy car for the duration that my own car has been out of service. With having two small children, this was a god send.

VMR have now repaired by car, I would just like to thank Paul Chappell and his team for their professional, friendly A* service that they have given me.

It is a pity that all garages do not offer the same personal service that VMR autos do. Thank you, VMR.
