    SIR - While walking on Monday on Cam Long Down I collected some 15 cider and lager cans, shards of broken bottle glass, an empty aerosol can of deodorant body spray (?) and a scattering of crisps packets, all from the old quarry site at the far end. I used a discarded plastic carrier bag found nearby and deposited my haul in the car park litter-bin, which the "revellers" had quite possibly passed as they left. read more
