Thank you for concert success

SIR - May I take this opportunity through your newspaper to publicly thank everyone who contributed to the atmosphere, enjoyment and success of our recent fundraising concert.

Thanks to so much generosity we raised £814 which will be used to maintain and enhance the play site for children with special needs in the coming season.

Particular thanks must go to all the organising team, to all the performers and to the packed audience for their support.

Wotton-under-Edge remains a community at heart - and with a heart too. May it always be so.
