Department of Transport check traffic flows

MOTORISTS travelling through Dursley were stopped by staff from the Department for Transport on Tuesday.

Officials asked drivers in Kingshill Road questions on how often they used the road and what the purpose of their journey was. Sgt Neil Gibbs, of Dursley Police said: "I think there are going to be some sort of road improvements. The police were there to assist the department's work."
