Better scenery

I WAS amazed when I visited Dursley swimming pool car park this morning.

A fleet of council lorries and men were transforming the slope outside the pool into an oasis - tropical palms, trees and turf. No doubt this has cost a lot of money. I am sure the weekend revellers will enjoy watering this greenery.

How is the new Dursley Library going to be decorated? I suggest a very high Leylandi hedge or Russian Vine - very fast growing to help disguise the building! I do wonder if more library books, better car parking, a youth club, etc... would have made better use of the money.
