Dropping in litter

An article in last week's Gazette refering to the litter problem in Wotton.

" The real problem is in public education" it was said. As a grandparent picking up children from KLB you only have to witness the amount of litter being collected on the play ground by the caretaker cleaning this polluted area assisted by gulls gleaning the edible left overs, This is where the problem is encouraged by the low standard set by whom?
