CHRISTMAS at Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, is not just about the Christmas Trees, it’s also about what’s underneath them. Indulge a loved one (or yourself) with an extra special present by bidding on one of our fantastic Silent Auction lots. Put a unique gift under your Christmas Tree and help us to look after ours (all 15,000 of them!).

Lots include a “Royal Experience” at Highgrove, a “relaxing day off” with a personal chef and a day in a 5* spa, an exclusive behind the scenes experience at Westonbirt, the National Arboretum and a weekend in a cosy Cotswolds cottage.

Local businesses and people have generously donated prizes for this charity Christmas Auction at the arboretum. All funds raised will go to the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, the registered charity that helps to look after the world class tree collection.

Stephen Segar, Chairman of the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, commented “These are Christmas gifts with a difference. I would encourage anybody who visits the arboretum, cares about trees or is simply stuck for a Christmas present idea to place a bid.”

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary this year, bidding is open until 9pm on Sunday 21st December and can be made online at www.fowa.org.uk, in person at the Biffa Award Welcome Building at Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, or by calling 01666 691251. Full details of lots and terms and conditions can be found at www.fowa.org.uk.
