BERKELEY’s TomatoJack Arts are holding a charity mosaic event this week to coincide with late night opening at White Hart Court on Thursday.

Visitors to the mosaic studio are being invited to participate in creating a mosaic snowman as well as making a donation to the Alzheimer's Society. Everyone taking part will be entered into a draw to win the finished snowman. The mosaic was started on Monday evening by Lucy Blenkiron and Gill Barber whilst attending a regular workshop at the art studio. Lynda Knott, who runs TomatoJack with Angela Williams, said, "The snowman will be made from old crockery, buttons and bottle tops and will be a unique Christmas prize for one lucky winner,” adding, “members of the public can take part as well at our open evening on Thursday.” Berkeley’s hidden gem White Hart Court, will be opening it’s doors until 9 pm on Thursday 10th December. As well as TomatoJack Arts, Ye Green Men and the Designer Chocolate Shop will be offering mulled wine and mince pies – come along and enjoy the carol singing to get you into the festive mood as well as lots of Christmas bargains to be had.
