Enjoy a curry and comedy night at the Prince Albert, Stroud with local comedy coach Chris Head and guests.
Chris directs comedy shows for festivals which he says are a full hour and themed, crafted and shaped to take the audience on a journey.
Meanwhile Lotte at the Prince Albert has a local contact who is ready and willing to offer delicious home cooked curries at the pub.
The two ideas came together so on Sunday, January 29 be entertained by Barry Loves You’ from the wonderful stand-up Barry Ferns: Spirit of the Fringe and Malcolm Hardee Award winner. “
It will be early evening in deference to those with jobs and school kids.
Chris will be hosting the whole shebang and the night will end with an audience Q&A.
He said: “You’ll eat your dinner and watch an hour long show without the hassle of going to a festival.
“We’ll do shows bi-monthly until we run out of acts, interest or coriander!”
And if you book in advance you can get free poppadum and chutney!
