THE Cricklade Art Group’s summer‘s exhibition is in Cricklade Town Hall on June 10 and 11, a week earlier than usual.

The purpose of the exhibition is to give members the opportunity to display and showcase their work but many of the pieces will also be on sale including unframed artwork, prints and cards.

The Group has a reputation for a high standard of work.

There will be artists demonstrating between 10am and 4pm. This could be the perfect opportunity to consider whether joining the Cricklade Art Group is right for you.

New members are always welcome. Just come along to an exhibition, workshop or speak to Lynne Young, membership secretary, on 01793 750822.

The art group meets in the Cricklade Town Hall Annex on the third Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm.

One of the art group members, Lloyd Washington, won the 13th biennial Oexmann Art Award this year with his painting entitled Terminus.
