THE UK’S best-selling classical artist Russell Watson will be embarking on unique tour taking in some of the nation’s most beautiful Cathedrals for a very special candlelight Christmas concert with a choir.
Russell is officially the UK’s best-selling classical artist ever, and has won four Classical BRITS. He has performed for some of the world’s greatest figures including, HM The Queen, the late Pope John Paul II who requested a private audience with Russell at The Vatican, Former US President Bill Clinton, The Emperor of Japan, European Prime Ministers, Middle Eastern Sultans and the King of Malaysia. The list is endless. Russell’s collaborations include, Pavarotti, Lionel Richie, Alexandra Burke, Ashanti, Michael Bolton, Cliff Richard, Lulu, Sarah Brightman, Mel B, Meatloaf, Cleopatra to name but a few.
This tour will not only see Russell performing in some of the country’s most beautiful buildings by candlelight but also a chance to see him collaborate with a wonderful choir performing seasonal songs. Russell said:"This will be my first Christmas tour.
