CHRISTMAS approaches and Dursley Male Voice Choir have been practicing hard for their festive concerts, this year to be held on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 December at Lister Hall Dursley, starting at 7.30pm.
Last year the guest soloist, soprano Gillian Wells, was such a hit with all who heard her that she has been invited back to perform once more with the choir.
As always the concerts will have something for everyone, with pieces new and old, serious and not so serious!
Tickets are already selling well and, if last year is anything to go by, will be sold out long before the events, so buy yours soon to avoid disappointment. They can be found at Durcans of Dursley, Clutterbucks in Cam, Castle Estate Agents in Thornbury or from any chorister. Christmas in Dursley doesn’t start until you’ve heard the choir sing!
