DRAWING on aspects of klezmer, reggae, ska and folk noir, 'The Model Folk' never fail to entertain - and they will performing for Under the Edge Arts on Saturday, November 28.
The audience will be treated a chorus of voices telling tales of steam, soviet farming machinery and 1930s drag queens!
Entirely acoustic from the humble washboard and the throb of the double bass via the wheezing of the harmonium and the shriek of the clarinet. This is a ramshackle troupe of musicians who are unafraid to fraternise with the audience. An entertainment spectacle not to be missed!
