THE renowned Heart and Soul Community Choir are set to perform at Nature in Art this June, with part of the proceeds going to the David?Shepherd Wildlife Foundation.
Under the inspirational leadership of?Hilary Davies, who performed with one of her other choirs ‘Rough?Diamonds’ at Nature in?Art in?June 2010, Heart and?Soul will be lifting our spirits with a varied repertoire covering traditional and contemporary English folk song, American Shape Note, Appalachian, African and Maori (plus a sprinkling of other gems). The emphasis is on the sheer joy and diversity of singing!
The Heart and Soul Comunity Choir are performing on Saturday, June 4 at Nature in Art, Wallsworth Hall, Twigworth, Gloucestershire. Doors open 7pm, finger buffet 7.30pm, performance at 8pm. Tickets £8. Visit www.nature-in-art.org for more details.
