YOUNG talent from a performing arts school in Cirencester took the West End by storm at the weekend in a performance to support charity Breast Cancer Care.

Pupils from Stagecoach Performing Arts Cirencester showcased their talents alongside fellow students from various schools in a special charity gala performance at the Shaftesbury Theatre in the West End.

Their piece, ‘Believe’ from family favourite ‘The Polar Express’, was accompanied by medleys from hit musicals and movies.

All funds raised from the performance are being donated to Breast Cancer Care, the only UK wide charity providing care, information and support to people affected by breast cancer.

Stagecoach announced a partnership with the charity at the beginning of 2016 and have dedicated fundraising efforts towards them throughout the year.

Stagecoach Performing Arts Cirencester Principal, Kirstin Chambers said: "Our pupils have given something back to a such an important charity.

"It was wonderful seeing the pupils put all their efforts into an astounding performance which had everyone on their feet cheering. At Stagecoach, we believe in the potential of every child and performances like these inspire the children to be confident and unleash their talents. Breast Cancer Care is a charity close to our hearts and we’re thrilled to have celebrated our fundraising efforts for them with a bang."
