CIRENCESTER Parish Church will once again echo to the powerful sounds of male voice choirs and a guest soloist on September 30 at 7.30 pm with an event to raise funds for the church in this the 900th anniversary of the Abbey.

This will be a joint concert by Cirencester’s very own Male Voice Choir with musical director Jules Addison and accompanist Lorraine Wild and Gloucestershire Police Male Voice choir with their MD Lucas Bailey and accompanist Diane Martin ALCM.

These choirs have performed together before and an evening of excellent entertainment is guaranteed.

Guest soloist Luana Godwind, a talented soprano, musician and teacher, has performed as a guest artiste with the Cirencester choir at previous events.

She teaches both children and adults singing and piano on a one-to-one basis and has experience conducting choir rehearsals and groups.
