Petra Flannery’s clients also include Gwen Stefani, Zoe Saldana, Claire Danes, Mila Kunis – and Andrew Garfield.
She dressed Emma in a Lanvin jumpsuit with a bow train at the Golden Globes.
Leslie Fremar, whose client Julianne Moore wore a silver Givenchy gown with feathers at the Globes, came second in the list, compiled by the Hollywood Reporter.
She also dresses Reese Witherspoon.
Karla Welch and Kemal Harris, who style Felicity Jones and Robin Wright, came third.
Karla dressed The Theory Of Everything star Felicity in Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Dior during awards season, while Kemal designed the costumes for Robin’s character in House Of Cards’ new season.
Kate Young, who styles Dakota Johnson and Sienna Miller, was fourth.
Ilaria Urbinati, who dresses Laura Dern and Bradley Cooper, was fifth.
Others in the top 20 include Keira Knightley and Alexa Chung’s stylist Leith Clark, Taylor Swift’s stylist Jospeh Cassell and Lady Gaga’s stylist Brandon Maxwell.
