Looks like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may indeed be heading to court over leaked video footage of their marriage proposal.
According to the Associated Press, the couple have been given the green light from an appeals court in California to sue over the leaked video.
Chad Hurley, YouTube’s co-founded, was sued in 2013 by them after Kim and Kanye’s proposal video was published on his website, MixBit.
An appeal was launched by his lawyers, but the latest is that Kim and Kanye may have the upper hand after their own recent appeals court ruling.
AP reports Kim and Kanye may win the case on claims of breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment.
