The Prince of Wales will mingle with heavyweight boxer David Haye and newly-engaged actress Jerry Hall at a reception before the annual Prince’s Trust Invest In Futures gala dinner.
Charles will welcome Prince’s Trust ambassadors and supporters including Naomie Harris, Boris Becker, Phillip Schofield, Geri Horner, Kelly Hoppen and Jon Culshaw.
Model and actress Jerry, who is an ambassador for the charity, announced her engagement to media mogul Rupert Murdoch last month.
Around 400 guests are expected to attend the event in London on Thursday evening, which will be hosted by Joanna Lumley and Hugh Dennis, and feature entertainment from Kylie Minogue.
It is the 11th gala dinner and this year falls on the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Prince’s Trust in 1976.
Previous performers include Jools Holland, Annie Lennox and Michael McIntyre. Last year’s event raised £1.5 million.
The Prince’s Trust gives vulnerable young people the practical and financial support needed to stabilise their lives, helping them develop self-esteem and skills for work.
The charity has supported 825,000 young people in the last 40 years and this year will help more than 100 more each day.
