Lady Gaga celebrated her 30th birthday with fiance Taylor Kinney and a number of celebrity friends including Taylor Swift, Pharrell and Kylie Minogue.
The Oscar-nominated pop star partied the night away on Saturday, although she actually turns 30 on Monday. The place to be was the No Name Club in Hollywood and it played host to the likes of Kate Hudson and singers Nick Jonas, Lorde and Lana del Rey.
Reading like a who’s who of the entertainment world, the revellers also included Gaga’s American Horror Story co-star Kathy Bates, producer Mark Ronson and Oscar-winner John Legend alongside pregnant wife Chrissy Teigen.
Chicago Fire actor Taylor, 34, looked very handsome dressed in black while his fiancee Gaga wore a gold mini-dress with puffy short sleeves and a thick black belt which she teamed with black platform shoes and some sparkling jewellery.
Gaga also performed at her birthday, which was said to be one of the highlights of the night.
“She sounded amazing,” an insider told E! News. “Everyone sang Happy Birthday to Gaga and it was a perfect night,” the source added.
All eyes were also on singer Taylor Swift, who wore a black shimmery jumpsuit.
Kate, daughter of Goldie Hawn, wore a little black dress. She posted a photo to her Instagram account in which she’s seen posing just before the big event.
The accompanying hashtag declared: “#LetsGoCelebrateALadiesBDay”.
Lady Gaga recently revealed she will be returning to American Horror Story for another season.
The New York-born star won a Golden Globe for her performance as the terrifying proprietor in American Horror Story: Hotel.
Gaga was a striking presence in season five of the show, filling a gap left by regular star Jessica Lange, who chose not to sign on again after the fourth round.
Pressed for details about her award-winning role, she has remained tight-lipped.
