He’s used to playing a character in disguise so it was no surprise that Superman star Henry Cavill managed to stay unnoticed after going undercover at Comic-Con.

The actor donned a Guy Fawkes face mask as he roamed around the San Diego convention centre, browsing comic book stands and posing for pictures with unsuspecting fans.

He even managed to surprise Will Smith who was signing autographs for his upcoming film Suicide Squad after crouching next to the Hollywood star for a photograph.

Henry then revealed his true identity to Will, prompting laughter from the pair.
