Zac Efron has been spotted out with Lily Collins

Zac Efron and Lily Collins have sparked rumours of romance after they were seen dining together in Los Angeles.

The High School Musical heartthrob and Mirror Mirror star Lily were reportedly spotted holding hands at STK restaurant.

A source told People that the couple were at the eatery for the birthday of one of Zac's pals.

The insider added: "They even walked in holding hands... They had a drink at the bar together and then joined the birthday crew on the patio."

Lily, 22, is set to star alongside British actor Jamie Campbell Bower in action movie The Mortal Instruments.

Meanwhile Zac, 24, appears with Elizabeth Olsen in Josh Radnor's new film Liberal Arts.
