AS theatrical experiences go, then you can’t get much more exciting than ‘Slava’s Snowshow’, which transforms the Bristol Hippodrome into a wonderful dream-like world next week .
The multi-award winning show has been critically acclaimed for its dazzling stage effects and for combining hilarity and poignancy with breathtaking spectacle.
A combination of hilarious clowning and stunning visuals, Slava’s Snowshow is performed by a world-renowned company of clowns led by Slava Polunin, who was recently appointed Artistic Director of the St Petersburg Circus. Influenced by artists such as Chaplin, Marcel Marceau and Engibarov, Slava and his company have taken clowning out of the world of circus, and brought it to theatre lovers, fellow practitioners and families worldwide.
Recommended for everyone aged 8 to 88, Slava’s Snowshow comes to the Bristol Hippodrome next Wednesday, October 30 and continues until Sunday, November 3.
