DURSLEY’S thriving youth theatre group, the Junior DODS, are staging the much-loved musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

The group are performing the Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber musical between July 3 to 5 at the Lister Hall, Dursley. Performances are at 7.30pm, including a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday 5.

With a cast of more than 30 young people aged between 11 to 19, this vibrant musical promises to be a great night out for young and old with classic songs such as Any Dream Will do and Close Every Door.

Junior DODS co-ordinator Julia Prince said: “Joseph has to be one of the best musicals to perform for a youth group. The cast are really enjoying the challenge and it promises to be a fantastic production.”
