DEAD SIMPLE, the chilling, claustrophobic thriller by international best-selling crime author Peter James, is coming to the Theatre Royal Bath this May.

This sinister suspense story – the first to feature Detective Roy Grace - has all the twists and turns of a classic Peter James mystery.

Michael Harrison thinks he has it all; a great career, good friends and a beautiful fiancée. But when his stag night prank goes horribly wrong, Michael finds himself alone and staring death in the face. As time runs out and the terror grows, Detective Superintendent Roy Grace tries to solve his mysterious disappearance, but begins to fear that Michael will never be found in time.

Tina Hobley returns to the stage after appearing on television for twelve years as ward sister Chrissie Williams in Holby City.

Award-winning Jamie Lomas recently starred in EastEnders as recovering alcoholic Jake Stone and played bad boy Warren Fox for five years in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks.

Author Peter James appears in conversation at the Theatre Royal Bath on Friday May 8 at noon as part of the Theatre Royal Bath’s Special Events programme.

Dead Simple appears at the Theatre Royal Bath from Monday May 11 to Saturday May 16. Tickets are available from the Theatre Royal Bath Box Office on 01225 448844 or online at www.theatreroyal.org.uk
