FABULOUSLY entertaining one-act plays from two of Britain’s finest and most popular playwrights are to be performed by Scratch Theatre Company at the Slimbridge Village Hall at 7.30pm on Friday, June 17, with all profits going to charity.
Founded by professional local actor Lloyd Morgans, Scratch Theatre Company features very experienced actors who will performing in association with The Rotary Club of Severn Vale to raise funds for charities including The Holly Gazzard Trust and Stroud’s Door Project. Under the banner “Heads and Tales” they are presenting two of Alan Bennett’s award winning “Talking Heads” monologues alongside an hilarious mini masterpiece “Between Mouthfuls”, taken from Alan Ayckbourn’s “Confusions”. A very entertaining evening is assured. Tickets are priced £10 (£8 concessions) and are available from the box office (01453 890 489).
