Man exposed himself to a mother and her young son in the Cotswolds

A MAN wearing a stripy black-and-yellow top on Saturday is wanted in connection with an incident of indecent exposure in the Cotswolds at the weekend.

The incident happened on Selsley Common, between Uley and Stroud, sometime between 11 and 11.40am on Saturday, November 17, when the man exposed himself to a mother and her young son.

It was reported to police by another member of the public who spoke to the woman shortly after the incident.

The man who exposed himself is described as white, of stocky build and with short fair hair. He was wearing a stripy black-and-yellow top and Wellington boots.

Officers are urging the woman who witnessed the exposure, or anyone with information, to call 101 quoting incident 164 of November 17. Information can also be given anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via crimestoppers-uk.org

In some cases Crimestoppers offer rewards of up to £1,000 where information leads to a conviction.
