POLICE investigating criminal damage to a car are appealing for witnesses to a suspected road rage incident at junction nine of the M5 southbound.
Shortly before 8am on Tuesday, January 8, a man driving a black Ford Focus pulled up at the traffic lights at the end of the slip road for junction nine, Tewkesbury.
