POLICE are appealing for information after an unknown number of burglars stole jewellery, cash and other valuable items from a home in Cam.

The incident happened between 6.45pm and 10.10pm on Monday January 7.

The offender(s) gained entry to the property on Station Road through a door at the back of the house and are believed to have taken £60 in cash, a black HTC T320E mobile phone, a brown purse containing loose change, various house and car keys and a silver iPod Nano.

Pieces of jewellery are also missing including a gold engagement ring with three flat jewels, a rose gold S-shaped dress ring, a ladies watch with a blue face and silver bracelet as well as a mans watch with a white face and leather strap.

Anyone with information that could help the investigation should call police on 101 quoting incident 434 of January 7.
