Louise Cox, 35, bailed over tandem couple deaths charge

A 35-year-old woman charged with perverting the course of justice after the deaths of a Fishponds couple, who were knocked off their tandem bike, has appeared in court.
Louise Cox, from Oldland Common, was bailed by North Avon magistrates ahead of an appearance at Bristol Crown Court on March 26.
Ross Simons, 34, and his wife Clare, 30, died at the scene of the crash on Lower Hanham Road on January 27.
Nicholas Lovell, 38, of West Street, Oldland Common, was charged with driving while disqualified, driving with no insurance and failing to stop at the scene of a collision following the incident.
He remains in custody at this time.
