Dursley man, 22, admits committing 37 crimes
A 22-YEAR-OLD Dursley man awaiting sentence for arson has admitted 37 other crimes.
While in custody Alex Pye has been on a 'drive around' with police and pointed out the scenes of his other offences, Gloucester Crown Court heard.
Pye, of Severn Road, told Judge William Hart he has committed 37 burglary and motoring offences and he asked for them to be taken into account when sentence is passed.
Pye had previously admitted starting a fire in Shepherd's Patch, between March 5 and 8 last year.
Judge William Hart said that in the light of two psychiatric reports on Pye he wanted an assessment of what danger he posed to the public of further offending before sentencing.
He asked for an assessment from the probation service and remanded Pye in custody to a date to be fixed.
His defence submitted that he did not pose any danger to the public while clear of Class A drugs, which he currently is.
