THE CITY of London Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing missing homeless couple Simone and Glen Wallace, who may have travelled to the Bristol area.
Simone Wallace, 24, who also uses the surnames Davis and Tobin, and sometimes calls herself Kasha, was last seen at around midnight on Friday, September 27.
She was sleeping next to her husband on Paul’s Walk, under Blackfriars Bridge, in the City of London.
Simone is white with blue eyes and has black hair. When has a cast on her one of her arms.
She is particularly vulnerable as she is thought to be without the medication she needs for several health complaints.
Her husband, 46-year-old Glen Alun Wallace, who calls himself Viper, was last seen at around 11.35am on Monday, September 30 on Paul’s Walk.
Glen is white, of medium build with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen with a bright blue patterned suitcase on wheels.
Concern for the couple’s welfare was raised after a member of the public found a blue and black coloured rucksack on Paul’s Walk on Monday afternoon. The rucksack was filled with prescription medication in Simone’s name and women’s clothing.
Police officers carried out a search of the river in the area where the rucksack was located but nothing was found.
As the couple have connections with the Bristol and Brighton areas, there is a possibility they may have travelled to these places.
Detective Superintendent Dave Evans, of the City of London Police, said: “We are concerned for this couple as they have not been sighted at the places they are normally seen at since the beginning of this week.
“We would like Simone and Glen to get in touch with us as soon as possible so we know they are safe. We would also like anyone who knows the couple or has seen them, to contact us.”
Anyone with information should call the City of London Police on 020 7601 2222.
